About Anodizing
What is anodizing and why does aluminium need it?
Anodizing uses electricity to build a hard, protective layer on aluminium. This stops rust, makes the surface tough, and adds colour if needed. It becomes part of the metal — so it does not peel or chip.
What types of anodizing do you offer?
Three types: clear anodizing (see-through, natural metal look), colour anodizing (black, blue, red, gold, green), and hard anodizing (thicker, harder — for parts facing heavy wear).
How much does anodizing cost?

How long does anodizing take?
50–200 parts: 2–4 working days. Larger runs: 5–7 days. Urgent jobs can often be done faster. Share your timeline when you ask.
Can all aluminium be anodized?
Most alloys work well. The 5000 and 6000 series give the best finish. Alloys with more copper or silicon may give a darker or less smooth result. Send a photo on WhatsApp — we will tell you what to expect.

What types of wire mesh do you sell?
Chain link (diamond pattern for fencing), welded mesh (rigid grid for concrete and safety), woven mesh (fine mesh for screens and filters), and custom mesh (any special requirement).
What material options are there?
GI (galvanized — rust protection, most popular), PVC-coated (plastic layer over GI for outdoor use), MS (mild steel — for indoor use only), and SS (stainless steel — best rust protection, special order).
How do I know which gauge to pick?
8G (~4 mm) — heavy duty, 10G (~3.2 mm) — standard, 12G (~2.6 mm) — medium, 14–20G — light. Tell us your use and we will suggest the right gauge.
Do you take bulk and custom orders?
Yes. Bulk orders and custom sizes are our normal work. Need 500 chain link rolls? Custom welded panels? Give us the spec and we will price it.
How fast can you deliver?
Stock items: same or next day. Custom: 2–5 working days. Large bulk: 7–10 working days. We confirm time when you order.
